Accordingly, following the direction of the Minister of Transport in Decision No. 1966/QD-BGTVT dated November 16, 2021, Dispatch No. 32/CDBGTVT dated December 15, 2021, the Ministry of Transport established inspection teams. Inspecting the preparation for the Lunar New Year and the Dragon Spring Festival season in 2022, the Deputy Minister is in charge of the assigned field or the locality is in charge of the delegation. Participants in the inspection team are representatives of the following agencies: Department of Transportation, Department of Traffic Safety, Inspector of Ministry, Office of National Traffic Safety Committee, Department of Health and Transport and Directorate for Roads of Vietnam or Management Department specialized (according to the field of examination). The delegation will work and inspect at the Department of Transport, stations, ports, wharfs, transport units in Hanoi, Da Nang, Dong Nai, Binh Duong and Ho Chi Minh City.
At the same time, the leader of the Ministry of Transport also directed the organization of an inspection team led by the leader of the Department of Transport as the head of the inspection team. Participants in the inspection team are representatives of the following agencies: Department of Transport, Inspector of Ministry; The Directorate for Roads of Vietnam, the specialized management agencies, the Departments of Transport organize the inspection according to the functions and tasks assigned in the Decision No. 1966/QD-BGTVT dated November 16, 2021 of the Ministry of Transport.
Units and localities expected to be inspected include: Departments of Transport, stations, ports, wharfs, transport units in some provinces and cities such as: stations, ports, wharves, transport units in the area provinces: Hoa Binh, Son La, Bac Kan, Cao Bang, Dien Bien, Quang Ngai, Kien Giang.
Inspection content: Plan for implementation of Decision No. 1966/QD-BGTVT dated November 16, 2021 of the Ministry of Transport issued together with this Decision Work plan to well serve the travel needs of the people, ensuring traffic order and safety, associated with the prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic during the New Year, Lunar New Year and the Spring Festival of the Tiger in 2022; Plan to increase transportation service during Tet holiday; The work of ensuring traffic order and safety during the Tet holiday; Working on duty and handling situations arising during the Tet holiday; Inspection and implementation of fares and fares in localities during Tet; Strengthening inspection and coordination of forces (transport inspectors, traffic police, monetary police, bus stations, piers, train stations, ...) during the Tet holiday in 2022
